The staff here really goes above and beyond, providing excellent service and even organizing tours for guests. The rooms are well-equipped with a TV and comfortable beds, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet is good, providing a variety of options to start the day off right.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Huaraz. the location was perfect as it was right in the centre, close to shops, restaurants, and everything I needed. Secondly, the staff was extremely nice and helpful. They even accommodated me for free when I arrived early in the morning. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with windows that provided a nice view.

The hotel had a great breakfast selection with fresh fruits, bread, and scrambled eggs to start the day. the location was very central and walking distance to attractions and restaurants. the free laundry service came in handy after a long hike in the nearby National Park.

The room had a musty odor and visible mold on the walls. the wifi connection was spotty, and not all the staff members spoke English.

Guests can enjoy a filling buffet breakfast, with many fruits to choose from. the staff is friendly and helpful, accommodating early check-ins and late checkouts when possible.

The hotel rooms and facilities may appear old-fashioned and basic in comparison to other more modern hotels in the area.

My Christmas stay was amazing! The hotel was located just a few steps from the main square and the helpful staff made my stay even better by arranging a day tour for me at a very reasonable price. The breakfast was fantastic; I loved the fresh fruits and delicious omelette. the room was spotless and comfortable. I really appreciated the hot showers that were fixed promptly when there was an issue.

The Wi-Fi was not very stable and the connection was only available near the door, which made it difficult to use from the bed. the mold in the bathroom and the smell were a bit unpleasant.

We loved staying in this hotel as it was located right next to the city centre. The staff was very friendly and assisted us in planning our tours. We were amazed by the good selection at breakfast which included more than just the standard dishes. Additionally, the hotel facilities were clean and we were able to park our car nearby.
